Identical technical characteristics to the R-080400 except for its size, which can hold 18 muffles. Made entirely of stainless steel.
The polymeriser is equipped with a processor to make the temperature evolve according to a set programme.
The operator (user) can select the following data on the controller:
- A delayed start-up time in hours and minutes from 0.00 to 99 hours 59 minutes.
- This time allows a delayed start to be programmed, so that the programme starts to run at a certain time. This time is executed each time the programme is started.
- The time that each of the temperature rise slopes lasts, controlled in hours and minutes from 0.00 to 99 hours 59 minutes.
- The desired maintenance time, in hours and minutes from 0.00 to 99 hours 59 minutes for each of the plateaus.
End of treatment warning
A one-minute modulated acoustic warning is activated when the programme ends the treatment. If we are in the acoustic warning situation, if you press any key, the sound stops (warning acknowledgement) and the programme continues.
In case of power failure, the controller saves all its data and when the power is restored, it continues at the same programme point and step.
The programs and parameters are saved indefinitely in time, after switching off the power supply to the controller.
