Wax is recovered in the lower tray, and it can be reused.
Practical device designed to remove the wax from the casting rings before inserting them into the pre-heating furnace. This simple and quick operation prevents the fumes and bad odours produced by the wax when burning inside the furnace.
Its operation is simple: just fill the tank with water and place the casting rings inside. A powerful resistor will heat the water up in a few minutes until the wax is melted by the action of the steam.
By means of a thermostat the working temperature can be regulated at will. Besides, the machine can be used for other operations that require a tank full of warm water at a given temperature, for instance thermal-polymerization of small elements.
The machine is made completely of stainless steel, material which ensures a quick cleaning and a superb resistance to corrosion. A basket for the casting rings and a stainless steel lid are included.
