Now the mini polisher R-080164 polishing box becomes a complete professional polishing box: LED lighting, suction circuit attachable to an external aspiration system (not included), trays for pumice, protection screens, electric protection against unexpected start-ups, etc.
Its reduced size allows to place it anywhere
The set includes the polisher and the box. Polishing mini-box of professional performance:

Motor
When you compete with larger and larger products, it is essential to have a tireless heart. The Gorbea polisher has a high-power direct current motor. It will be practically impossible to stop it when performing common dental sector work. The starting torque and its running stability are surprising. It also has a practical speed regulator (between 3000 and 7000 rpm), very useful when working with different materials: acrylics, composites, metals of different hardness, etc.
Safety
It is not only about performing the same tasks and functions as products larger than you, it is also essential that the user works safely.
At MESTRA we always consider safety in its two facets:
Passive safety: Allowing the posture, lighting, distance to the controls and work area to be the most appropriate is an important step in safety. We know that forced and uncomfortable positions are dangerous.
Active safety: Protective screens; A switch against sudden start-up, an electrical installation placed in an elevated position to protect it from humidity, or a base with non-slip rubber feet are also decisive factors in ensuring the safety of the product. Of course, we have included them in our Gorbea polisher.
Suction systems
Polishing work is always associated with dust and dirt. Therefore, it is essential to have an efficient suction system. The suction ducts of the Gorbea polisher are similar to those you will find in a larger product.
Depending on the type of work you are going to do, you can attach a powerful suction unit (type Eolo plus ref. 080532 or type Gemini ref. 080539), or a smooth and silent compact small-volume suction unit. You decide what type of vacuum cleaner you use, because the Gorbea polisher has no problem adapting to your needs.
Ergonomics
In addition to being safe, it is essential to work comfortably. There is no point in a compact and small-sized product if we are forced to strain our posture when working. This will never happen with the Gorbea polisher. The distance between the brush holder and the side of the polisher has been calculated to be identical to that of a conventional machine.
The same can be said of the visual angle on the object being polished: within the usual anthropometric patterns, the user will find it easy to find an angle that aligns the work being done; the brush; the protective screen and their eyes.
The distance between the projection of the body of the polisher and the work area of the hands in front of the polishing brush is “paradoxically” wider than its equivalent in conventional polishing machines.
We have also taken great care with the lighting in the design of the Gorbea polisher. Its LED lamp with 5500 K light offers a vision similar to sunlight. In addition, as it is located closer to the brushes than in traditional polishers, the use of light is more efficient.
