Curing light UV SUN BEAM 3D+
As dental laboratories increasingly use photopolymerizable resins, MESTRA today presents “SUN BEAM 3D+”, an efficient and versatile photopolymerization station. The UV curing chamber is a component of 3D printing solutions. The UV device emits constant, concentrated and uniform ultraviolet light to quickly cure prints made with photopolymer resins. The subsequent curing process increases the hardness and strength of the printed products. SUN BEAM 3D+ is the ideal photopolymerization station for the laboratory. - The photopolymerisation chamber can accommodate large parts and in large quantities: the tray has a diameter of 260 mm and the useful height is 140 mm. The rotation of the plate ensures homogeneous curing.
- LED lamp technology has been chosen over traditional lamps that are more energy-hungry and polluting. The lifespan of the LEDs is estimated at over 10 000 hours of use.
- The wide opening of the door allows easy arrangement of the elements on the rotating plate of the chamber.
- The UV wavelength of 400-405 nm is optimised for 3D resins.
- The electronic control allows time selection between 0 and 60 minutes.
